After many months of looking for an investment property, viewing many homes and bidding at auctions, we homed in on a few buildings, one of which Angelo had sold apartments to a few of our friends. As there were few options in the building, I reach out to Angelo to let us know if a property came up, giving him a view of what we were looking for. He did so a month later when something, which fitted our criteria, had potential. Having arranged a viewing, as it was tenanted, he gave us a perspective on what was required to secure it. We like the apartment so moved forward. It was smooth and seamless process, and when there were any issues raised Angelo address them quickly and professionally, communicating personally to keep all parties informed. Overall, a great experience for us and comforting that, as buyers, we felt treated equally and fairly. The previous property we purchased was from the same company R&W which, to us, says a lot about the thriving culture of the agency as well.
