Penny is a fantastic agent to work with — every detail was taken care of, from following up with everyone who viewed to producing meticulous reports to calming my nerves as we went to auction. Mine was a little investment property, so Penny dealt with lots of nervous first home buyers. She was patient and kind and again detail oriented with all of them, and as a result there were plenty of bids at the auction. If selling another property in the area, I’d work again with Penny in a heartbeat.

We have had the pleasure of Penny's skills in the sale of two properties at Elizabeth Bay. In the first sale, Penny was spot-on with the estimated market value and her marketing enabled the exchange of Contracts within one week. On the second occasion, Penny provided an estimate of a possible sale value at the time we purchased the apartment. Suffice to say, when we marketed the second property, Penny arranged an off-market sale at the estimated value, a record breaking price for the building which has not been bettered. We strongly recommend her services to anyone needing a competent, honest Real Estate agent.
