We have had the pleasure of Penny's skills in the sale of two properties at Elizabeth Bay. In the first sale, Penny was spot-on with the estimated market value and her marketing enabled the exchange of Contracts within one week. On the second occasion, Penny provided an estimate of a possible sale value at the time we purchased the apartment.
