Glad I went with Angelo!
I was lucky to have picked Angelo as my agent. It was a great experience working together with him and he truly went above and beyond, giving it a 110%. Angelo knew the market really well and how best to advertise and present the property. He was clued on with what was happening and highly responsive and adaptive to the situation. An excellent negotiator and communicator, who put both myself and the buyer at ease. It was during an uncertain time in the market, Angelo kept things positive, was reassuring while remaining level headed.
What I appreciated most was the transparency. At our first meeting, I needed all the info and he was completely thorough, down to the paperwork. He had a sound common sense strategy. In comparison to the other agents, it set things off to a good start, no fluff or over promising.
During the inspection process, he was always available, attentive and stayed at times beyond the opening times and calling in after hours. Very patient with both the buyers and myself. He’s a hard worker and you can tell he's passionate about his job and was up to the challenge. Even after the sale, when I was overseas, Angelo and Melissa kept me informed and had it all under control. It was such a relief.
The team, from the photographer to Melissa, worked well together, it just had a good energy and everyone was highly professional, reliable and enthusiastic. As the other reviews pointed out, Angelo is rare in the industry, a great asset to R&W and would do well in any industry. While some agents are focused on short term gains, he’s about building relationship. At the end of the day, you can’t control the market or the buyers but it helps to keep the process as stress free as possible.
Glad I made the right decision with Angelo and his team.
