very professional and trust worthy
we found Melanie extremely easy to talk to and very professional . Her knowledge of the local real estate market was excellent and she listened very carefully to our needs and thoughts. Her advice on how to best optimise our property sale price was excellent and paid off for us. Melanie was in constant contact with throughout the whole marketing process and her insight and advice was invaluable. Her oversighting of required work to the property took a load of our minds, making the process more stress free . the outcome was excellent and we would gladly recommend Melanie and Richardson and Wrench, Lindfield, to any real estate purchaser of seller

We found Richard's extensive level of experience and intimate knowledge of the local real estate market to be a huge benefit to us. He was honest and easy to communicate with us and provided excellent advice on how to best optimise the final outcome.Richard provided us with an unbiased list of professional service and trades people and made realistic cost effective recommendations and coordinated the tradesmen for us.Richard constantly kept us in the loop and gave us updates every couple of days. Unit sold by a great Agent.
I found Richard in particular and Melanie to be very knowledgeable regarding what was required to sell my unit. Richard communicated regularly, his market knowledge of what was achievable, was realised. Richard was always willing to assist and answer my questions and definately went out of his way, on my behalf, to finalise the sale. I found staff member Alex kept in touch and followed through with the smaller details. I have no hesitation in recommending Richardson and Wrench Lindfield to others wishing to sell or buy in the area. My association, in various ways, over more than 15 years with the Agency has been a pleasant, courteous and rewarding experience.

Very trustworthy and able
Melanie and Richard Patterson were highly recommended by my solicitor and I also met Melanie at a couple of open house inspections in the area. I mentioned that I would be selling my son's unit in the near future - at no time in the interim did she pressure me to sign up ("When you're ready"). This was a big plus for me and I had no hesitation in appointing the Pattersons as my agents. The whole process of selling was professional and ethical but comfortable. The staff at R & W were always most friendly and helpful, I was always kept up-to-date with progress, and we achieved a successful and happy outcome. Very good service
