Very good agent
We found Richard Patterson to be a very reliable honest skilled real estate agent In selling our house and land. We had some tricky factors with our property - and a changing market and a difficult time of the year. Richard and Melanie handled this all very well. Richard was a very "steady hand on the tiller" and guided the whole process in a very skilled and calm manner. And kept us informed at every step of the way. Great Agent
