The Team at the Richardson and Wrench Marrickville, Dulwich Hill and Hurlstone Park office worked seamlessly to make the sale of my property smooth and efficient. They have a team of tradesman who quickly and efficiently refurbed the property. The stylist then did a great job with a tricky property and I learnt some tips for my own home, which was great! This made it easier for the Marketing team and the marketing images to show the property off to its highest and best potential. Finally through all of this Aris was always available to provide his years of experience and to calm a nervous vendor. HIs best skill, I believe is to make all involved feel heard and be heard and that's exactly what you want when you are buying or selling your most expensive asset. We worked with Aris to sell our townhouse in Hurlstone Park. From the first meeting he was a consummate professional, taking the time to keep us regularly updated, share all the considerations and factors important to consider in the presentation and sales process, keep us updated on results from house inspections and his communications with prospective buyers. We spoke regularly throughout the process, with Aris calling with relevant updates and providing excellent written reports weekly. Aris’ team, particularly Sophia, was also excellent with the communication and support throughout the process. Aris gave clear advice on the actions we should take to maximise the property’s attractiveness to the market, and the actions that wouldn’t necessarily provide a return. He also gave clear recommendations on the decision to go to auction vs accepting offers based on his read of the market and interest in the weeks leading up to auction date. He was careful not to inflate our expectations and to be fully transparent throughout. In the end, we were really happy with the sale result. We wouldn’t have achieved that without Aris’ expertise and guidance and the great support of Sophia and the team. If I am ever selling in the area again, I’ll definitely hope to work with Aris again.
