We had a well presented property, in a good location but with a difficult floor plan at the back of the property. Aris had over 70 people through with a good reach out into the spring property market, however most could not get past the second bedroom layout so the auction was cancelled. He is a very good communicator and judge of character when it coms to talking with buyers and eventually we had an offer. I believe he did everything he could to raise the offer to their maximum and after a week or two and a realization, we accepted the offer and sold. Aris has a very professional way with people and good negotiating skills from many years in the business.

Initially we listed our Apartment with another agent and that was a disaster from get go. After 5 weeks we engaged Aris and the difference in his approach and calm demeanour was a sea of difference from the other agent . He got us a good offer and in a short period of time in a challenging market. If you want to sell in Dulwich hill area , Aris is your guy. You get honest feedbacks with no BS and he doesn’t give you excuses. One of my regrets is why we didn’t go with him from start . Changing agent is costly but in this case it was worth the money.

In February 2024, I signed with HT to sell my property. HT was not across the easements in my contract of sale, misguided on price and after a failed sales campaign and even worse failed auction, my involvement with HT was a costly disappointment (overpriced marketing fees and a fall in property prices since the start of the year). Come September 2024, I engaged Joseph after he had sold my friends property. Since our first meeting, Joseph was personable and professional. He was fully across the contract of sale, spoke to my solicitor regarding the easement and within the first week had a reasonable offer. Each open house had a good turnout, and the offers (greater than any offer HT presented) continued until the most recent offer at a price I was happy to accept. I only wish I had met Joseph earlier and I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property in Summer Hill or elsewhere.
