Aris combines credibility, charm, and a down-to-Earth attitude, and he is always ready with advice, local history, or an amazing display of property acumen. He's got the gift of the gab and he likes to help people, which, like a nice balcony with a northerly aspect, is a good combination to have! In my opinion, Aris's reputation for property expertise in the Dulwich Hill area is well-earned. His local knowledge is so great, that it turned out he had already sold my unit twice before! Aris was always available for a chat and went outside of normal hours to meet and discuss our sale. Aris is very capable and has a wealth of local knowledge, which is why we went with him. Everything was upfront and explained clearly and Aris always kept us up to date on what was going on during the marketing campaign.
