After inspecting my property, Aris Dendrinos of Richardson & Wrench, Marrickville he spent over 90 minutes with me to discuss the state of the market in the area, and the strategy for a successful sale. Aris phoned me after every Open House inspection and emailed electronic media statistics to me on Monday mornings. I was impressed with his suggestions in relation to preparing the house for sale (e.g. best colours to use when painting) and the little touches such the sign stating size of the property, and the sign on the wall pointing East, thus reminding prospective purchases where the morning sun would be. The staff at Richardson & Wrench, Marrickville were always polite, respectful and professional in their approach. Aris negotiated an excellent sale price which exceeded my expectations. I was pleased to be guided by Aris. His advise and recommendations certainly paid off.

I had complete confidence in them from the start as they were clearly very experienced, gave an honest evaluation of the pluses and minuses of my place, and continued giving me good advice and choices as to how to proceed,. They kept me informed of everything I needed to know, were steady, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful, always there for me and, as I could clearly see, worked really hard. Also -- not incidentally -- they are both very cultured people. They achieved a good result at a time when I very much needed it, and the whole process was actually fun.
