We had a bad run with the selling of our house, we accepted an offer from our property launch but then a neighbour crashed her car through our garage causing quite a bit of damage to the internal wall. Needless to say that sale fell through. I threw my hands in the air and believed that a sale was now impossible until the repairs were done. Having had a number of issues in the past with selling prior owner occupied and investment properties, we were both cautious on this occasion in selecting a credible agent to handle the sale of the family home. We initially approached Combined Real Estate Camden having noted through our own research that the agency representatives should have a good knowledge of our estate given that they had sold houses in the area recently. Andrew Pink visited our home and inspected the property and then later expressed his view of market worth and expectations in the current market and a sales approach was recommended. We were both happy with the presentation and we both appraised Andrew as appearing to be a credible and trustworthy agent. The home was marketed for sale, we had 25 groups inspect the property on the initial open home day and property sold that week. Andrew has been an excellent communicator and is always approachable to assist with other issues relating to the property sale. We would highly recommend Andrew and will use him again in the future as our initial views of credible and trustworthy were proven to be correct throughout the process.
