Stong communicator and strong results

I chose to use Andrew Pink due to his reputation as an excellent and honest Real Estate Agent who I have found from past experiences always delivers on what he promises. Andrew listed our house on Sunday 7 August and utilised all of the various forms of media available to ensure the advertising reached the maximum audience. The first Open House was held on Saturday 13 August and there were 21 different groups through. Andrew followed up every one of these groups that afternoon and over the next 3 days Andrew fielded offers from 4 separate Local and Sydney buyers with an Unconditional Contract in place by Tuesday 16 August. The price was at the top end of the estimate and exceeded our expectations. Throughout the whole process Andrew was truly professional and kept us informed of all developments. Andrew has amazing skills and knows the industry like the back of his hand. He was very professional and honest in our dealings and I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. Andrew turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasure. Thank you.
