No brainer!
Andrew originally sold this house to us. At that time he was really supportive honest and patient with us, so much so that we did not hesitate in reaching out to him for assistance years later, as soon as we were considering selling. Andrew has provided an appraisal and extra support over the last few months in preparation to sell our home and managed our expectations in terms of the current market value. He is personable, responsive, supportive an extremely knowledgeable and professional. After one open house he moved quickly to negotiate with both parties to secure a sale and we are very happy. Very genuine
