After our positive experiences with Shane and Frank investing in the Noosa unit market in 2013 and 2017 their knowledge and expertise gave us great insight and confidence in having a crack at a beachfront boutique complex unit that came to our attention only 10 days before auction Market advice , returns , potential future growth and their knowledge of values and expected price guide ,lead us to promptly organise our finances to be able to register to bid We were due to arrive with our family from SA two hours before the auction and had an inspection of the property complex and the unit just prior and registered to bid We had a maximum limit and went in with excitement but minimal expectations , due to the quality and interest in the property We had no idea how the Queensland auction system differs to SA , we certainly learned quickly and under pressure some stark differences and mid auction Shane and Frank guided us through a tense situation and negotiations with a great professional approach It was a positive experience (and a learning one) and a happy result Even if we had been outbid or the vendor had passed the property in , their efforts and skill in negotiating with both parties is to be commended We are confident we have a good investment Thanks again Shane and Frank
