I had the privilege of leasing through this real-estate I was panicking as I was trying to find somewhere within my budget and my time in transitional housing was getting very close to being finished. This wonderful team reached out with options available and walked me through the entire process even when I rang not understanding things they were calm kind and extremely reassuring I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation you won't be disappointed

I had a great experience working with Mustafa from Richardson & Wrench Rooty Hill to lease out my property in Blacktown. He was fast, efficient, and clearly had a solid understanding of the local rental market. Mustafa maintained excellent communication throughout the process and made everything smooth and straightforward. I’m very happy with the result and would gladly recommend him to other property owners.

Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient. After being with her for a couple of years I completely trust her advice and know that she is looking out for our best interests. I can’t speak much to the company itself as have only dealt with her, but if Melissa were to leave I would likely follow her.
