I have known Melissa for near 8 years, she is such a wonderful person and very genuine, she has vast knowledge about the local area and rental markets. Easy to communicate with her and always makes time for you when you need her help. We recently had our rental property vacated; there were heaps of renovation work to be done, Mel gave us excellent ideas of what we need to do to bring the property back to rental market in minimal time frame. She was guiding us throughout this process and found a good tenant within 1 week. Thanks Mel

Mustafa and team have been very professional and especially kind when our house was burgled recently. Communication was excellent between all parties involved. Mustafa and the insurance agency worked together to get the best result and had our house ready to be rented out again in good time. We would Highly recommend Richardson and Wrench.

I have recently listed my investment property with Melissa and her team. I couldn't have asked for a better team. There in-depth knowledge and expertise is incredible. They were able to find me an amazing tenant in the first open home and get more than I expected in my rental return.
