Supportive and Professional
Francois was friendly and professional right from our first call to find out about the property. He had intimate knowledge about the property and the current market and clearly explained the negotiation process to us. Once our offer was accepted, he supported us through the next stage of exchange, deposits and inspections, checking in that all was going well. Scott's knowledge and professionalism were outstanding.
When we had to sell our mums house, it as first seemed a big task. Scott made the job very easy. He had extensive local knowledge of the current market in the Woy Woy area. He also shared his knowledge on the types of properties that were selling quickly giving us the confidence to update and renovate knowing we would see the return with the sale price. Being a local he also knew trades people to assist us, who we found to be reliable and competitively priced. Scott kept us updated on all enquires and outcomes of open house showings and private viewings. My family were very happy with the sale price of our Mum's property and can highly recommend Scott and the team at Richardson and Wrench Umina.
