I can honestly say Rob and his team were the best so far I’ve dealt with . with Covid and a tough year for so many ,I was tempted to drop my price as we had found another property to buy however Rob assured me to hold firm and reached an amazing price in these uncertain times. Other agents would have most certainly encouraged me to drop the price for a quick sale but Rob and Rachael were happy to continue open homes until the right person came along . Rob recognised the quality of my property and the evaluation he gave me exceeded other realtors by $100k. He only showed a handful of people through, but we received offers from most of them. He kept me well informed of everything going on and in the end had it sold for before even being advertised and for a higher price than he had valued it at. I would definitely deal with Rob in the future, and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property.
