George showed outstanding efforts through a very difficult sale. George approached us after we had failed to sell our house during covid19 with another agency. George gave endless dedication, huge amounts of effort and SOLD our house. He was very committed to making sure we sold and presented multiple offers and contracts. Unfortunately some of these crashed due to other circumstances, however this never defeated George. He found the right buyer and SOLD our home within the time frame he challenged himself with. We were selling for the first time and George really was there for us answering multiple questions. He was friendly, professional and good at his job. We will 100% go through George again. We have renovated and built many homes over the years there for have bought and sold many times and met many agents. I can honestly say Rob and his team were the best so far I’ve dealt with . with Covid and a tough year for so many ,I was tempted to drop my price as we had found another property to buy however Rob assured me to hold firm and reached an amazing price in these uncertain times.
