The market was slow and the mood was sombre. But alas, that did nothing to deter the MF iron clad determination. Nothing would stand in her way...not even the terrifying global invasion of Covid 19. Onwards and upwards she cried, with a fearless shrill. Then...silence blanketed us all as we shivered in anticipation of an uncertain 2020. There was Covid to the left of her. Covid to the right. Marie, strapped her underpants to her outside, and weilding a razor sharp work ethic and a smoking keyboard she put her head down and charged without hesitation into the cut-throat Valley of Real Estate Marketing. 8 weary months passed, but Marie Fetterplace, she did not falter. Then finally one frosty night, the owners were down to their last crust of stale bread. Staring mindlessly at each other contemplating starvation and homelessness, the phone rang. It was Marie. We found this property on web site and immediately contacted Marie to arrange an inspection. Marie was from the start was always very prompt and polite. We personally really appreciated the phone contact and messages. We went on hold following first offer as had too much going on. Marie was so understanding and calm and when we came back to the purchase, Marie was great in getting the deal acceptable for both parties. Regular calls followed to ensure we were kept up to date with proceedings as the seller was stuck in Victoria due to the virus. We highly recommend Marie Fetterplace as a experienced and lovely person.
