Rob recognised the quality of my property and the evaluation he gave me exceeded other realtors by $100k. He only showed a handful of people through, but we received offers from most of them. He kept me well informed of everything going on and in the end had it sold for before even being advertised and for a higher price than he had valued it at. I would definitely deal with Rob in the future, and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property.
