I've been utilising Roberts Property Services in Nov 2016 and can't fault them. As it is a family business and not a franchise you actually get personalised service and agents that care! Alysha and her team have been professional every step of the way and I trust her judgement on choice of tenants and really looks after you as a landlord as well as looks after her tenants too. I think it's great to have an agent that cares for both sides of the coin, because a happy tenant is also a happy landlord. Definitely recommend Alysha over other agents in Wollongong! So if you've been burned in the past and not getting your needs met, I suggest having a call with Alysha to see how she can help you restore the faith back into the real estate industry.

My partner and I relocated during lockdown from Sydney to Woonona, and Alysha made the whole experience painless. We inspected the property over video, and Alysha kindly setup a time for my mother in law to inspect in person. She was informative and provided regular communication throughout the application process. Tarryn did a great job of getting the property ready for leasing, and made sure we had contact free access to our keys first thing in the morning. Since commencing our lease, I've felt comfortable calling Alysha with any questions, and she always makes me feel like she is here to support us. Highly recommend Roberts Property Services.
