I've been utilising Roberts Property Services in Nov 2016 and can't fault them. As it is a family business and not a franchise you actually get personalised service and agents that care! Alysha and her team have been professional every step of the way and I trust her judgement on choice of tenants and really looks after you as a landlord as well as looks after her tenants too. I think it's great to have an agent that cares for both sides of the coin, because a happy tenant is also a happy landlord. Definitely recommend Alysha over other agents in Wollongong! My partner and I relocated during lockdown from Sydney to Woonona, and Alysha made the whole experience painless. We inspected the property over video, and Alysha kindly setup a time for my mother in law to inspect in person. She was informative and provided regular communication throughout the application process.
