In the midst of COVID-19 our tenants of 18 months chose to move. From the initial point of contact advising the tenants were vacating to the time the new tenants were found and moved in we had regular contact points, keeping us informed. We were not Happy with the service provided by Robinson for managing our property. We were advised to lower our rent from what we were getting. The existing tenant gave 3-4 weeks notice but our property was not listed until existing tenant vacated. After that also, we had to contact Robinson's to list our property. We are not confident if Robinson's chased new tenants enough to rent our property. Our property was damaged and that damage was passed onto strata & we would question this? Overall, not a good experience .

The team at Robinson has been amazing so far to deal with, there was a couple of hiccups with some Renovations that were completed prior to us moving in but we were kept up to date throughout this time. Once we moved in we noticed a couple of minor issues and the team had someone out within that day to have these issues fixed up. It has been a pleasure dealing with Robinson so far.
