They were quick to process our application, but once the lease was signed they've been almost impossible to contact. They do not return phone calls, and have been difficult to contact via email. I have been living at the property for over 2 weeks now, and have yet to get bins. The real estate has been contacted regarding this but have not been helpful. This has been one of a few issues that I and my housemates have had trouble getting assistance from the real estate with.

Communication has broken down the minute we signed the lease. It’s very hard to get any agent to call back or get on top of issues. We still have no bins at our new property. There is no follow up. Been very unimpressed.

Robinson’s have been very helpful when dealing with our application. We are new to Australia so they took the time to explain how everything works over here and our application ran smoothly.
