I have rented through several agencies in Newcastle, and Robinson has been the most amiable and responsive to deal with directly. They are unobtrusive on inspection days, and there's always a smiley voice at the end of the line when I call up to make enquiries or submit a maintenance request to Karen. They use a smartphone app to log most maintenance requests, however this could use a redesign. It is sometimes easier to just call up or email directly.

Our engagement was professional, of meaning and the whilst discursively professional; appropriately personal too. Being assessed as a tenant can be a very transactional and intrusive process.
