Overall, we had no problems with the management of the apartment by Robinson. They are efficient, organised, very good financial information and book keeping. The only feedback I have to improve your service is to consider if the escalation to the landlord for a "tenant" problem is appropriate. 2 stories: The tenant fell into the hunter river with the keys in his pocket. Lost them and we were asked by Robinson's to cover the replacement. ??? The other story refers to some cockroaches in the kitchen. This is Newcastle, they are everywhere, each tenant must keep the premises free of insects. This is not structural infestation. Also we were asked by Robinson to address this.... Supermarket insecticide???? Otherwise, no complains
