Overall, we had no problems with the management of the apartment by Robinson. They are efficient, organised, very good financial information and book keeping. The only feedback I have to improve your service is to consider if the escalation to the landlord for a "tenant" problem is appropriate. 2 stories: The tenant fell into the hunter river with the keys in his pocket. Lost them and we were asked by Robinson's to cover the replacement. ??? The other story refers to some cockroaches in the kitchen. This is Newcastle, they are everywhere, each tenant must keep the premises free of insects. This is not structural infestation. Also we were asked by Robinson to address this.... Supermarket insecticide???? Otherwise, no complains

Robinsons met us on site the Friday afternoon our property settled, had photography done then & there, had our property on the rental market the following Monday. Showed people through within days & we had a tenant within 2weeks. Great service. They’ve also followed up well our Strata Management in the ownership crossover.
