Over experience was good. For previous lease signing and condition report. It was done through online links which made it easy. Working a 8:30 - 5 job makes it hard to physically sign a lease and hand in the condition report. A little better break down of payment date and options for payment would have been nice. Over all very friendly and helpful, just a couple little pain points

Robinsons have assisted with letting and reletting on multiple occasions. They are consistently excellent on managing the process to be as stress free & as pleasant of an experience as it possibly could be. Once a tenant is in place, they have great systems to manage the ongoing processes...obviously a lot of time and resources have been invested by Robinsons to implement and maintain these systems & these systems give confidence as a landlord that all aspects are well managed.
