I had a very poor experience with Robinson Property. Communication was very slow and at times, even non-existent. I was very underwhelmed with the level of care and attention I received as a Landlord. Despite promises of clear and consistent communication from sign-on, things deteriorated once the contract was signed. As an overseas resident, I was basically ignored many times by the management team. Even after communicating to them that I wanted to end the contract, there was no effort to rectify the terrible service I received. I tried to have them negotiate a lease renewal with my tenants and my manager Karen and Julie failed to make this happen, leaving me waiting for 2 weeks with no action taken. I had to change property management due to the terrible experience I had. Would not recommend Robinson at all. For the management fees being charged by this company, the service, and professionalism are lacking significantly.

The verandah was a health hazard, covered in pigeon poo, unusable. The agent blew it off when it was mentioned on inspection, but it was never cleaned. Tenant went through the channels to get body corporate to come out, clean verandah and install anti-bird spikes. The agent was clearly more interested in the next client then taking care of the one she had just secured.

I've been using Robinson for my rental property for many years and have had a great experience, they always communicate well and call you if there is anything to discuss. They are always professional in their dealings. My experience has always been good I have had no bad experiences which them and would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking for a real estate agent to look after their investment property. If I ever get a new property in Newcastle or the surrounding suburbs I would definitely Robinson to manage the property.

Robinson real estate have been so kind and friendly towards me. Day of inspection the girl was bubbly and polite, phone calls and day of lease signing Erica was just wonderful made me feel comfortable. After many unsuccessful applications by some other rude Newcastle real estate agents who don’t care at all Erica was happy for and with me day of lease signing. Caring efficient staff all round.
