The property was very clean and in an excellent condition and the application process was the easiest process I've experienced thus far. No third party apps/accounts involved, simply applied through the Real Estate website/app where I found the listing to begin with.

Agent was so accomodating and helpful. The process is really smooth and fast. It only took about 3 to 5 days from scheduling of inspection to the turnover of unit.
