Robinson Property Management have been our service provider for our Lake St property just over 8 years. As occurs from time to time the tenant provided notice where again Robinson have sourced a new tenant within days of marketing, maximising the occupancy whilst increasing the weekly rent in line with the market. As much as the weekly rent is important if the property is vacant your doing your money. Owned for 2956 days with just 38 days vacant we recommend Robinson Property Management.

We have loved working with Demi and the Robinson Property team! This is my partner and I’s first experience in renting and it was the easiest experience! The team was very communicative and we’re very flexible. They were extremely understanding of working around work schedules and ensuring they got us into our apartment without any fuss. Everything after our initial experience with them has been nothing but easy and professional and would work with them over and over.

We have been renting out our East End Newcastle property with Robinson Property for over 12 months now, we couldn’t be happier! They are professional, caring , always keeping us updated with what’s happening with our property but also the Newcastle area and any new rules and regulations! We always feel well informed. They have won many awards which is testament to their high level of service, leadership and dedication! I would highly recommend Robinson Property

I have used Robinson property management for over 5 years now. I have previously used other agencies and have since converted all my properties to be managed by Robinson as there care for not only the landlord but the tenant is the best by far.

Over the many years that Robinson Property has managed our rental property they have demonstrated professionalism, experience & competence. They act promptly on any issues both on behalf of the landlord & tenant to ensure both are looked after well with a high level of service provided. This also ensures the property is looked after & well maintained. We are extremely happy with our designated property manager Jacinta and can not fault her communication & professionalism. Highly recommend.

My experience with Robinson Property staff over 5 years has always been above standard and they have again secured a new tenant in a short space of time and kept me informed on a regular basis. The results again show why they are rated so highly for sourcing quality tenants and providing excellent property management.

As a new arriving tenant to the Newcastle district I am so happy to share my experience so far with Robinson Real estate. From the initial viewing period, lease approval and early occupancy I have found Robinson Real estate to be warmly approachable, punctual and attentive to detail, responding with excellent modes of communication . I would highly recommend them as a business to work with as a tenant or landlord.
