Almost 20 years ago, we started renting out our property with a cheaper agent, who didn't properly vet the tenants and who didn't follow-up on inspections, resulting in damage and a whole lot of problems. Based on a family recommendation, we switched to Robinson Property, and it has been smooth sailing for many years now. Our manager, Jacinta, is efficient and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended all round.
