Almost 20 years ago, we started renting out our property with a cheaper agent, who didn't properly vet the tenants and who didn't follow-up on inspections, resulting in damage and a whole lot of problems. Based on a family recommendation, we switched to Robinson Property, and it has been smooth sailing for many years now. Our manager, Jacinta, is efficient and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended all round.
Robinson Property
Highly recommend! After +6 years and counting as property manager across 2 properties, we have only positive things to say about the service received & team from Robinsons (this alone is exceptional!). Their refined systems & procedures helps us as landlords to manage the responsibilities at our end in a simple and hassle free manner. Their friendly & helpful team easily earn 5 stars (...actually, make that 6 stars 😄). We feel they have always acted in our best interest, understanding what is important to us (obviously owing heavily to their experience that earns them rank of top agency in Newcastle). A big thank you to the team at Robinsons for your (consistent!) fine work over the years & we look forward to many more years ahead!

Robinson Property
Overall straightforward process. Advised of inspection, and application processed without much fuss. Some confusion about who was managing the process as the person present at inspection was different to property manager and different again to property manager, but this process was still smooth

Robinson Property
Urgently needed a new place for Christmas as I received my notice to vacate and the property management team at Robinson managed to show me a place and get me the keys within 2 days. One of the quickest turnarounds that I have experienced in the rental market. Highly recommended even as a tenant.
