Robinson Property
I have owned my unit for a decade, and Robinson Property have managed it for the majority of this period. In that time, there have been a handful of tenants come and go, but each time Robinson have provided me with sound advice and guidance on the changing market conditions, always setting realistic expectations for my investment. Anytime I need to get in touch to ask questions, I receive a prompt response. My property manager Jacinta has always been flexible with how I want to address tenant issues which occasionally arise, and I am confident things will be resolved in a timely manner. Also on timeliness, rent payments have always been processed punctually. I also like the option of having both a mid-month and end of month payment, in addition to having all bills processed internally, which makes the end of year tax process much more efficient with one summary statement. Robinson came recommended by my family who have also used their services for several years, and I would have no hesitation in providing this same endorsement to anyone else looking for quality, professional property management services in Newcastle.

Our property was only on the market for a few days and was able to be leased with no issues. As landlords we weren't stressed and the process seemed effortless. We have been with Robinson Property for 10 years and would highly recommend.
Robinson Property
My roommate and I just rented a property through Robinson Property and the whole process was smooth and easy. They responded to any enquiries very quickly and we’re happy to answer any questions. They were also proactive about raising issues with property maintenance before we moved in.

Robinson Property
Renting with Robinson was made easy, they were responsive to our enquiry, quick to get back to us and we secured a property within a week. Extremely satisfied with the service in what has been a tough rental market
Robinson Property
Robinson Property has been fantastic and supportive in the entire leasing processes. Considerate, caring and contentious about a range of factors; Robinson Property has gone above and beyond many of the other agencies that I've dealt with in the past.
Robinson Property
I have recently rented a property through Robinson. Although it was difficult to get in touch initially - no doubt due to the fierce and congested rental market at present - once I began dealing with Robinson they have been expedite, seamless and professional.
