The real estate agent went through the lease with us and pointed out one or two things to read carefully, as we were first-time renters I would've expected more advice and common mistakes people make. She also said there was a garage for our unit (which there wasn't as we soon discovered) and she guessed which keys were for the front door, leaving one of us with the wrong key on the first day.
