The team at Robinson's have managed our investment property for over 8 years. In this time they have proven to proactively manage the property and communications with us to secure tenants, work with the body corporate and maintain the property on our behalf. Living outside the Newcastle area we have huge peace of mind knowing the property is in their care and highly recommend their services. Thank you to the Robinson team.

Applied for a rental with Robinsons which I successfully secured. They were very welcoming, helpful thru the whole process of signing up a new lease & moving in. Their property management team & skills have been spot on. Thanks heaps✌️

W are very happy with the level of service.Erica is very professional and made us feel welcome, not just another client. The only problem we had was with registering our second person details as we share the one internet address. With Erica,s help we got it sorted and i delivered it by hand. So once again thank you very much.

Robinson Property has an outlined, easy rental process to follow. We kept in touch with our agent from the beginning of our application. We moved from Sydney to Newcastle and nothing went wrong on our key pick-up day, which was actually the day of the move!

Looked like I was the last in the race. haha. The agent was not helpful at all and her communication was very disinterested kind. I am used to it by now but didn't expect it from a top firm like Robinson. One example of her behavior was when I asked her whether I can do an International transfer she bluntly said only Bpay so when I said then let's drop as I don't have a bank account in Australia and then only she gave details for International Payment. Guess its to do with my ethnicity otherwise, she would not have dared. My apologies if I am being blunt but doesn't it help to improve?
