We are pleased with the outcome of the sale and subsequent property management services from Robinsons. Our expectations for the rental was exceeded with suitable tenants being selected and the rental rate achieved. Timing was also excellent with little time elapsed from when we took over the property and having tenants in. We also liked the way that the property was checked out before the tenancy started - a fair and smart way to ensure a long term and peaceful tenancy. Additional services were prescribed to us with the reasons, allowing us to make sound decisions.
