We’ve been renting through Robinson Property for 2 years now and have recently moved to a new rental. The final inspection for our last place and key handover went very smoothly. Robinson have a key drop box so the handover was contact free. Similarly the communication was great with the move into the new place. The approval process and lease signing was all very organised and went very smoothly. Haven’t had any problems with this agency.

We have recently become tenants through Robinson’s. The rental process was seamless from start to finish. Erica was professional and personable, and communication has been excellent. We also have found that Robinson’s treat you equally as customers with their service even though you are renters. Whereas with other agents you can feel they can be dismissive in their attitude as you are renting not buying. Robinson’s clearly have the foresight to realise one day renters become buyers and sellers. I would highly recommend this agency.
