Our renter needed to finish her lease after only three months. Robinson Property ensured she paid the correct exit fees and within one week they had another person renting our investment property. We need to have very little input into the running of the property, and Robinson's ensure it runs very smoothly without us doing anything. They keep us updated with anything that is happening and if we don't hear from them we know things are going smoothly. I cannot recommend them more highly. Crazy if you go anywhere else!!

We were looking to relocate from interstate, which is a very stressful experience made more so by COVID and travel restrictions. We had a virtual inspection of a property (with the assistance of a friend) and found the agent and Erica the Rental property officer both very friendly and helpful. Although we were not successful on that occasion, Erica kept us in mind and let us know about another property coming up. Both she and the agent showing the property were very helpful in sending videos and answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. We have been very happy with the service we have received in our new home here in Newcastle.
