The March storms this year proved challenging as our property suffered some major damage. Karen and the team were on to solving the problems immediately, liaising with the strata managers, tenants, builders / repairers etc. The communication through the entire process was excellent and it is during these adverse times that the true nature of Karen's skills as a property manager and the Robinson team shone.
