The March storms this year proved challenging as our property suffered some major damage. Karen and the team were on to solving the problems immediately, liaising with the strata managers, tenants, builders / repairers etc. The communication through the entire process was excellent and it is during these adverse times that the true nature of Karen's skills as a property manager and the Robinson team shone. I have had the same Robinson property manager though three rental cycles and I very much appreciate this consistency, personalised approach, and the property knowledge and history that this brings. The service is always professional and thorough, issues are brought to my attention immediately and resolved in a timely manner.
