I am very impressed with Karen and her team.I have been renting my property for three years now.I am getting an excellent return on my investment, and happy to know that any issues that may arise are handled with ease and professionalism.

The crew at Robinson are super friendly, but the communication I have found to be a bit poor. It has been difficult to get in touch with the right people and hear a word back as well. Overall though, super friendly.

Its good experience with Robinson property. This is our first time we are having a unit. Staff help me in every step and on time as well as they are understanding and patient. Thank you

Erica was incredibly accommodating in answering all our questions and the whole process was super streamlined and efficient.

Upon inspecting my property for the first time, the Real Estate Agent was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. The property was very clean and in an excellent condition and the application process was the easiest process I've experienced thus far. No third party apps/accounts involved, simply applied through the Real Estate website/app where I found the listing to begin with.

Agent was so accomodating and helpful. The process is really smooth and fast. It only took about 3 to 5 days from scheduling of inspection to the turnover of unit. The agent is also really helpful even after the contract signing and move in. Felt secured and safe transacting with the agent. Special thanks to Demi McGinty of Robinson Property for the extra effort and help to let us move in really quickly.

We have been leasing through Robinson Property for several years and always been happy with the overall service. Although this year they have been slower with the maintenance outcome of our new rental property.

the team at Robinson's leased my investment property in a matter of days without any work on my behalf. They had it all confirmed after the first showing getting me more rent than the last lease. Thank you all!
