We cannot recommend Roger Loughnan and his team more. We have had quite bad experiences with real estate agents in the past but Roger and his team blew us away. From the house viewing, he was a good communicator, honest and informative about the property. After we were under offer, the team was efficient, communicated clearly and we went through the sale without a hitch. Could not recommend or be more thankful!

What can I say about Monica. Dedicated, trusting, personable and passionate about her job and her clients. The last property had many, many problems with the heritage overlay. She steadfastly went about doing everything she could to achieve an outcome the buyers and I needed. Monica never gave up and always communicated with what was happening. It was a long and drawn out sale. I would apologise as I never dreamt that this could be happening. Her reply, was she was learning and would know what to do next time. So, she never gave up. I have come across other agents and honestly, she is the best. I can’t highly recommend her enough.
