Despite obstacles outside buyer and seller control, Roger peristed and everyone was happy.
Roger Loughnan (with his long time helper Monica) persisted with a complex situation involving complex and unknown future expenses and the buyer and myself were able to meet in the middle, with little to go on. Roger handled it perfectly for both buyer and seller, conveyancers and, after a big learning curve, we got there in the end, and everyone managed to remain respectful and helpful for an outcome to satisfy all parties.

Perfect experience
Roger is such a lovely chap! He is so warm and genuine. From start to finish, buying our home through Roger’s agency was such a pleasurable experience. He is efficient and gets the job done, but also so warm and easy to deal with. We loved the thoughtful personal little touches, including our little fridge magnet with the starfish story ⭐️ 10/10 recommend for all of your real estate needs!

Successful Sale
It was because of a previous successful collaboration with Monica McLaren over selling a house in Witta, that I again asked her to represent me in selling a rental property in Highgate Hill, Brisbane. Brisbane and her Brisbane-based colleague, Lara, provided me with valuable advice on renovations and improvements which would optimise the presentation of the property. Monica’s thorough research of comparable properties resulted in our agreeing on a realistic expectation for a sale price. Despite delays beyond our control, the property went on the market at not quite the best time, but the marketing strategy designed by Monica, and the open houses supervised by Monica and Lara, resulted in a n excellent offer being received and accepted within about eight days. Monica’s communication was informative and regular from first contact and throughout the sale process. I have no reservation in recommending Monica to potential vendors and buyers, as a very skilled and ethical agent.

Monica enabled the most delightful, caring and professional property purchase experience.
When the planets align they align, however, our experience with Monica was empathic, responsive and enabled. This, our 4th house purchase on our life path was by far the most professional, caring and decisive moment in life fuelled by the decision to move forward in our life path. Monica made everything possible and I could not help but think about the amount of time this wonderful person puts into the seller and the purchaser experience, neither are privileged above the other. Monica has an incredible ability to read the room when standing in the garden and manages to unite the buyers' experience with the sellers' movement forward. An incredibly caring soul and completely realistic process, I don't want to buy another place, but I'm pretty sure we will ask Monica before we do!
