Moni is my go-to agent for property transactions, I bought and sold with her help a few times, and trust her 100%. She has a good manner with prospective purchasers and her honesty and trustworthiness is what makes me so comfortable and happy with her. Roger, Lara and Moni make a fantastic team, they are well prepared with sale materials and area information, and give good market insights.

We cannot thank Monica enough for her support a guidance during our sale process. At every stage Monica listened, understood our personal circumstances and went above and beyond to act in our best interests. Anyone looking to either sell or buy in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland could not find a better agent.

I was pleased to use my local real estate agent. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile. This is a long established business here on the range. They actually were the agents who helped my parents sell their home at Flaxton and purchase their home here in Mapleton!! And now have been a great help to me in selling their home. Monica is who I dealt with and she was professional yet friendly and knew her stuff and how to get the best price for me and my sisters. Within 48 hours it sold for a really great price!! Happy days!! Thanks Monica 👏🙌

When we decided to sell our property we spoke to other agents but immediately found a rapport with Monica McLaren. We were impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm and it continued throughout the transaction with the excellent communication after each viewing and with written weekly reports/updates. We were very happy with their performance and the outcome achieved. Monica was well supported in her endeavours by her business partner Roger Loughnan and by Lara Mudri in the office and together they form a team that produced first class results. We rate them five star plus and have no hesitation in recommending them.
