We bought the property through Monica in 2017. We were impressed with Monica’s approach and her effective liaison with the sellers to agree a final price. For our recent sale, Monica's appraisal turned out to be realistic and resulted in an early offer. Monica managed a complex issue, which was identified during the building inspection, and which may well have caused the buyers to withdraw, very competently. Monica stayed on top of the detail and dealt with issues effectively and expeditiously and kept us informed at all times. Monica proved herself to be a true professional by considering the buyer’s interests as well as ours, as the sellers. Buying and selling property can be challenging but Monica was always prepared to go the extra mile to resolve issues and minimise the stress that the process can cause. Highly recommended.
