I knew I was in safe hands to receive a personal, valued and professional agent who knew the target market for my property. At all times her communication with me was excellent. Having a huge data base of potential buyers was a big plus, so too the absence of open homes that allowed her to spend time with a looker and talk through what my property had to offer.
