Jess was great from the start! There was some mucking around with transferring the property from another managing firm, but Jess and her team took care of this seamlessly.... I had nothing to worry about. She organised with the current tenant to get the house prepared for the open homes and dealt with some maintenance issues without fuss. Once the house went on the market, Jess gave me comprehensive updates after every inspection. There were 3 scheduled over the first fortnight and the attendance figures were promising. On the 3rd open home, someone was already tire kicking and Jess turned them into genuine buyers. The final price was a few k over what I expected. Jess really knew her stuff and her communication skills are her true talent. I can’t recommend her highly enough as I was very impressed. Thanks Jess and good luck in the future.

After having met a few agents over the past few years, I have to say the experience i have had with Jess as an agent has been nothing short of exceptional. I found Jayden had credibility from the outset He described the process in detail; was convincing and knowledgable, I liked his approach immediately and never looked back from there. Jayden followed up at all times and kept communicating. I found him to be realistic and well informed in his appraisal and he exceeded my expectations in all areas. There was a delay in finalising due to the purchaser being delayed in obtaining finance approval but Jayden remained supportive during that time The Roncon team also managed my property during this time and demonstrated a professional and supportive approach. A really good purchasing experience through this agency.
