A mostly good experience
Jess was friendly and mostly good wih communications. However, the agency itself let us down in important ways and we will go with a more established agency next time we sell.

I would like to thank Jess Templeton for selling my unit. originally I was going to get 2-3 appraisals, but I didn’t as I was very impressed with the way she was going to market my property. She was constantly communicating with me and explained things step by step. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend Jess to sell your property. She shows how much she loves her job. Jess, we just wanted to say how grateful we were with the friendly service you provided my family on the sale of our family home. From the first meeting with you we were happy with your knowledge of the market, friendly personality and professionalism. From there you kept us up to date with the progress and launch onto the internet. After the open for inspection you gave us feedback that day about clients that had come through. You sold our house in 4 days of being on the market and for a price we were extremely happy with.
