As a buyer dealing with Jess I found her very professional helpful and reliable. As a negotiator she was firm but not rude and when assistance was required with contract she quickly sorted out the details so the sale proceeded. I rang Jess, Roncon Real Estate after seeing signs around the area. I did ring another company who basically walked in, told me a price and stated-“ it’s not rocket science” Jess came in, walked around the home, asked questions and listened to me. The sale was emotional for me because of circumstances but Jess made it easy and calm through the process. Always available on the end of a phone when I needed advice.
