Everything we wanted
Jess responded immediately to our request. The house was inspected, valued and placed on the market within 3 days with our first open resulting in multiple enquiry. The range Jess suggested was ideal and the property sold within a week. The experience showed us how accommodating and flexible Jess was. Highly recommended.

Wonderful agent
I recently purchased from Jess and it was a great experience. I've been looking at the area for 6 months and contemplated a few other properties. Jess was always knowledgeable, not pushy, and straight forward. I'm happy with what I paid (the vendor was certainly happy!!) because Jess helped me see that it was worth it compared to what was on the market. We had many honest discussions about price and locations of what I could buy and I felt like she was genuinely excited for me as well which made the stressful buying process very enjoyable. Jess is a friendly & knowledable real estate agent. Unlike other agents Jess is honest & provided realistic expectations in relation to the sale of our house. Jess was fantastic, regularly providing updates and answered our calls at all hours of the day. As a result of Jess’s hard work our house was sold in 19 days.
