My feeling of Juliette

My experience with Thai was excellent
Thai was referred to us by a good friend who was very happy with the sale of their property. We finally chose Thai for his knowledge of the market situation and suburb knowledge. He was straight forward and upfront with his outline of what we should expect from him and his team. Always reliable for open inspections and respectful of us and our mum's home. We were also very pleased with how he conducted the Auction and the price he achieved for us in a difficult market.

A Great Outcome
Thai was very professional at his job. He knows this area very well and he was at all the opening for inspections and gave us updates every week of the potential buyers. He is honest and speaks openly of where things are heading through out the campaign. He was able to get us the optimal price for today's market which was being "corrected". I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent who knows his job well and I am confident he will get you as good a price as he got for our house.

Friendly honest very helpful
Thai is so efficient and reliable. It was very pleasant to deal with him. when we list the house on the market, the lockdown happened at day 2 and unable to do any open inspection, after 6 weeks lockdown, Thai has found more than 3 potential buyers, he has tried very hard to push the highest price I want! very impress with him. I have introduced my friend to sell her unit and he did brilliant job as well!

Best agent in the East
